With new challenges come more Skip Rewards.

In October 2020, we launched the Skip Rewards loyalty program, which allows users to earn rewards points for every dollar they spend– and use them towards more orders from restaurants like yours! And there are no sign-up or monthly fees. It’s been a great way to get customers coming back for more. And now, we’re adding a challenging new twist.

Challenges is an expanded function of the Skip Rewards program. We allow customers to earn even more points towards free food by completing time-sensitive challenges on the Skip app, based on their unique ordering behaviour!

What do these challenges look like? 

Here are a few examples:

Dinner for two.

Order once with a $45 subtotal and receive 2,500 bonus points

Breakfast.

Order once between 6am and 11am with a $15 subtotal to receive 4,000 bonus points

Late-night cravings.

Order two times between 9pm and midnight with a $20 subtotal and receive 3,000 bonus points

Can customers still earn points without completing a challenge?

Absolutely! Customers will still be able to earn points on every order they make. Challenges simply allows them to earn more points even faster. 

How is it good for your business?

This new feature will target all Skip customers with the main goal to increase order frequency and keep customers ordering from you. 

With Challenges, we have already seen order frequency increase from 3 to 6%.

So, what do you need to do?
This is the best part: absolutely nothing. Customers automatically collect points while you get more orders!
