Sometimes we like to give away free things. Why? Because you’re an awesome restaurant partner and you totally deserve it.

Plus, when you show off your delectable looking dishes, you look good, and we want you to look good—it’s a win all around. That’s why we’re offering you the opportunity of a lifetime: a FREE professional photoshoot featuring your most photogenic dishes, no strings attached (yes, really!).

Here’s how to reserve your spot:

  1. Email or text your Territory Manager for confirmation
  2. Sign the FREE shoot DocuSign papers
  3. Our photography partner will reach out to book your shoot
  4. And you’re off to the races!

Now, like all good specials, this one won’t be on the board for long, so be sure to get on the list by December 30th, 2021.

What Can You Expect On The Big Day?

This is the fun part! We hire a professional food photographer to come to your restaurant and snap some of your most delicious dishes. All the new food images are yours to keep and you’re welcome to use them in your restaurant and on your own website (we just ask that you don’t share them with any third party websites). All. On. Us.

The only thing you have to do is make sure your chosen ones are ready for their close up. Pick the prettiest produce, the best-looking buns, and the most dazzling dishes. Remember, you want to make these pics look as good as they taste so anything you can do to help make them look more drool-worthy, the better.

Not a fan of free things? If you’d rather rock out your own pics for Skip, we’ve got a few tips to help you inspire hunger like a pro.

Get yourself the real deal. If you want to take the best shots, you need to use the best camera (no smartphones here). Set your sights on a DSLR with a full frame lens, if you can swing it.

Work those angles. A 45-degree angle is definitely the most common for shooting food (it’s also the same perspective people see when they eat it!). For dishes that look tastier on top, like pizza or soup, opt for an overhead.

Check all the boxes. To look their best on Skip, make sure all food photos are shot in landscape with a 3:2 aspect ratio, are in JPEG format, and are no more than 6MB. Stick to 2100 x 1400 pixels for menu items and 2400 x 2400 pixels for your top shots.
